A. Requirements of Abstracts and Papers
- A4 paper format
- Margin : 2.54 cm margin on all side
- Required Point size for Body of Text: Times New Roman 12 point
- Spacing: All text paragraph should be single spaced
- File Type: File Format in .doc/.docx
- Abstract: 200-300 words and should be written in English (British)
- Full Paper: 4000-5000 words (in English or Bahasa Indonesia)
B. Template of Abstract and Full Paper
The following guideline here exactly is formatted as appears on a full paper:
Paper Title (Title case, Centred in Bold 14 Point Times New Roman)
First Author1, Second Author2 and Third Author3 (12 Point in Times New Roman bold)
1 Full address of first author, including affiliation and email
2 Full address of second author, including affiliation and email
3 Full address of third author, including affiliation and email
(use Times New Roman point 11 for author’s Affiliation)
Abstract: An abstract, in English, should appear on the top of the first page, after the names of the author and the information of the author’s affiliation. Abstract is commenced with the word Abstract (in bold) followed by colon. Abstract is a single paragraph, without indentation, that summaries the key points of the manuscript in 200 to 300 words. In other words, abstract should reflect of all of the whole paper. Avoid quotation and citing references in the abstract. The abstract will be included in the programme book of AISOFOLL and it is disseminated to all of the symposium participants. Thus, it is an opportunity for the authors to promote their paper and attract the symposium participants to read their full paper in the symposium proceeding.

The authors are expected to submit careful written and proofread material. Thus, prior to the final full papers submission, the authors are suggested to check their full paper particularly on spelling and grammatical errors, as well as language usage problems.
Except for the abstract which should be written in English (British), the author is allowed to write the full paper in English (British) or in Bahasa Indonesia. The body text should be justified with 12-point Times New Roman. There is no strict limitation to the number of pages, but it is suggested that the paper length should be 4000-5000 words.
2. Paper Format
The uniform outlook will assist the reader to read the proceedings. This can be obtained if authors use this template file to construct their papers. Please note the following details: this template is an A4 format. All text paragraphs should be single spaced, with justified text. Double spacing should only be used before and after headings and subheadings as shown in this example. Spaces should be placed between paragraphs.
Major headings and sub headings should be in bold 12 point Times New Roman without an underline and left justified. They may be numbered, as shown in this template, or without number if so desired. This example can be served as reference for placement of headings and subheadings.
2.1. Headers and Footers
Please do not use page number, header and footer or any identification of the 8th AISOFOLL. These will be inserted by the committee in the AISOFOLL proceeding book.
2.2. Tables and Figures
Figure captions and table headings should be written to explain the figure or table without needing to refer to the text. Tables and figures should be placed close after their first reference or close to the location of their first mentioned in the text.
Table headings is suggested to be written in bold and left justified above the table. All tables and figures must be orderly numbered as follows: Figure 1, Figure 2, Table 1, Table 2.
The following is the example for Table 1.
Table 1. Participants background information [Title of Example Table]
Figure captions should be centred below the figures. Do not write the figure caption on the figure. Minimum figures’ resolution is 200 dpi.

Tables and figure not cited in the text should not be presented.
Authors are suggested to make a concise conclusion by stating the main points of the paper and conveying their point of views on the results
As a supporting materials, appendices are needed to strengthen the full paper. They are useful to make the paper free of large tables, charts or diagrams. Appendices should be numbered if more than one e.g. Appendix 1, Appendix 2.
List of references must follow A.P.A. style.
